Why use a coordinator: A coordinator is at your event to oversee all aspects of your production, during the rehearsal, ceremony and at the reception. They will call two days ahead of your event to confirm arrival times of all vendors; they will also prepare an Order of Events to give to the vendors so everyone is informed of the time schedule and the order in which you want everything to fall into place. At the end of your event they will make sure all your personal belongings like cake topper, toasting glasses, etc. are boxed up and either assign a person to take home or in some cases they will deliver them to you at your convenience.
Of the three packages we offer, the coordinating package is probably the most valuable to you and your family. It will relieve you of any added stress in coordinating your wedding day thus allowing you and your family the freedom to enjoy the event.

Planning: This is for the busy bride who's schedule just doesn't allow her to interview and plan--we do it all for you. Just imagine having a total wedding planned for you. We take care of all the phone calls, contract negotiations, the DJ, the florist, invitations, photographer, limo, caterer, guest favors, guest list, detailed wedding checklists, itinerary, tracking of RSVP'S, and everything you can think of--we are at your service. We keep you well informed of all planning via e-mail or U.S. mail of the budget and the entire process.
The Ultimate: Includes all the above and no reasonable time limit on decorating or planning.
